Lestat Ashbourne

Within a few mins, I crash after I've logged in. SL support suggested a clean sweep - that didn't help. I've contacted Dell support to see if they can help me with updating my graphics card drivers - waiting on their reply. I've updated Second Life and the viewer to the latest version also. A friend on Facebook suggested a different viewer - maybe Phoenix viewer... Any suggestions please - it's ruining my enjoyment.
