I have some mesh objects that animate by changing the alpha on the different prims using llSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast. The issue I'm having is that quite often whole frames or even the whole object gets stuck invisible. So either the object starts blinking because one of the frames stops loading or the whole thing just disappears. Edit-selecting it for a cycle does fix the issue, but that's not a practical thing to have to do all the time, or to have to ask other people to do. The timer is quite fast for this script: it was 0.4 seconds, although even at 1.0 seconds it is still having the issue. I've tried: stopping the timer before calling the animate function and then restarting itusing llSetLinkAlpha (although that has a delay anyway so on a short timer that mightn't work)increasing the timer to 1 second intervals (it's an animationso it does have to be kind of fast)It doesn't happen every time, but it happens a lot, especially on laggy sims. Has anyone else had similar problems animating mesh with the transparent face/link method? Does anyone have a workaround? Thanks for any help. <3, Amanda
