I am wondering if users are allowed to export purchased inventory items to their computer for personal use, as long as they do not share or sell them?

I am thinking about updating my avatar, so what I ask is, is there anybody that can create a custom flexi hair, custom dress (with a flexi skirt) and dress shoes for my new avatar? I can take care of the shape and skin, though. If anybody would be able to do it for a reassonable price, I'd be happy to do business with him or her. Thanks in advance!
