Mercy Rodex

For the last two months it seems that I log in random times and one thing or another has occurred. There has been times where my avi has been totally altered, or she was totally naked with not a stitch on. Now I log in and my inventory went from 3920 files with things in them down to 98 files with things inside them. I don't know what's going on but it would be great to get some help. I've lost contacts. What is going on and how can I fix my account?
