I have been having problems with clothing changes and moving in sl why??

I have a problem changing clothes I have been told I was naked by other avatars I also have trouble moving around my first viewer was snowglobe the I changed to the singularity viewer which did not help I also got a message stating there was a xerver problem with V.1.23 my operating system is windows 7 home premium what would cause my troubles??

when I tried to login I kept getting loggedout my home landing zone was windsorwoods untill the owner decided to take his land back from the tenant who paid her tier fee on time I try going to other LM's in my inventory but the message you have been disconnected from secondlife pops up btw whats up with the region restarts lately??????????????????
