Ok, as part of a job I'm trying to replicate a real life moving sculpture. I have a massive arm that rotates (using TargetOmega) and on the end of each arm I have two child prims that themselves rotate (also using TargetOmega). Whats causing me the problem is the sculpture had an LED travelling from one end of the big rotating arm to the other on a track as the arm span. I've got myself a script that lets the LED track two moving points and move between them (using MoveToTarget and llSensorRepeat), all that is fine but I'm stuck on how to get the LED to sense the child prims. I found out you can't sense the name of Child Prims and I tried using a rope constraint script so they didn't have to be child prims and instead followed the arm around on a lead but I couldn't get that to work (they just fell to the floor, even after playing with the params). Anybody got any ideas? I'm open to anything! Cheers

Hi, Having a bit of a stress, I'm working for an Arts group who have set up a public terminal for the public to walk around our space. I created a new avatar for them (it rezzed after about 7 hours!) but my problem now is the media. We have a bunch of screens with media on them and up till now they have been working fine. Now when ever they are clicked and the auto zoom zooms in the face with the media on disappears, not a blank screen or anything it goes invisible. The rest of the object stays its just the face with the media attached. Annoyingly when we're zoomed out it appears and when we're zoomed in but click anywhere other than the media face in appears, just when we select the face with the media attached the problem occurs. Thanks for your help in advance this problem is really starting to get silly and I've other things to set up!
