Someone else lives in the spot where my home was. I don't know if or how to get it back or get a new one included with my premium account.

After being inactive for a year my Linden home is not available to me anymore. Someone else is there and I don't know if or how to get it back. I tried starting another one but it came at a $5/ month fee. I didn't continue with that process and need to see if I can get my home back that was included with my account.
