Thank you Emilyaya I also had the same hand flashing problem. I was fiddling around in my graphics because I was seeing a friend's skin flashing and I was turning everything up and down to see if it would help then I logged in this morning to see my hand flashing lol. Anyway thnx for "the turn off basic shaders" suggestion it worked like a charm!
