Krell Karu

I'm guessing the sim is offline. It has been that way for at least 13 hours now. The region is 'Heatherwood'. I can see it from adjacent regions. Looks normal on the map. But I cannot tp to it, walk onto it, fly into it. Nothing. Aren't dead sims supposed to auto reboot? How do I get LL on the case? http://slurl.com/secondlife/heatherwood/228/201/44/
