Hammer Static

When shooting on a shooting/target range my cursor will suddenly move on its own with no input from me, or with me having any control over the direction. This happens with different viewers, and different guns. I have adjusted my settings in hopes of improving video performance. My typical fps is 50+. The issue happens on different ranges, located on different sims. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
