  1. All right, so I had my group changed to "none" with another viewer and had everything uninstalled, and then deleted my Second Life App-Data. I still continue to crash now with the main viewer I'm trying to use (Phoenix Viewer)... On a side-note, the debug info consists of codes like this: <key>ClientInfo</key> <map> <key>BuildVersion</key> <integer>1102</integer> <key>MajorVersion</key> <integer>1</integer> <key>MinorVersion</key> <integer>5</integer> <key>Name</key> <string>Phoenix Viewer Release</string> <key>PatchVersion</key> <integer>2</integer> </map> <key>CrashNotHandled</key> <boolean>1</boolean> <key>FoundOtherInstanceAtStartup</key> <boolean>0</boolean> <key>GridName</key> <string>secondlife</string> <key>MainloopThreadID</key> <integer>5636</integer> <key>OSInfo</key> <string>Microsoft Windows XP </string> <key>RAMInfo</key> <map> <key>Allocated</key> <integer>0</integer> <key>Physical</key> <integer>3407276</integer> </map> <key>SLLog</key> <string>C:\Documents and Settings\Encrypted\Application Data\SecondLife\logs\PhoenixViewer.log</string> </map> </llsd>
  2. Update: My avatar is a normal human, consisting of skin, prim hair, clothes, and some military equipment. Now here's the really strange thing: I can log unfortunately log in with an illegal/malicious viewer (not to imply I use it all, but merely to test if I could use it to log in) without any crashing and I've been able to detach everything. After doing so, I still crash using legal viewers, so then I attempted to reset my avatar via Test Male in the advanced options. Everytime I tried doing this the illegal viewer would then crash, and I wouldn't be able to reset my avatar. This is really frustrating now, as you can see. I'm currently getting a friend of mine to eject me from the group I'm in to test the ASCII method. On the other hand, I've gone into my Pheonix crash log and this is what came up... 2011-06-04T22:25:52Z WARNING: LLInventoryPanel::buildNewViews: Couldn't find parent folder for child PortalBlast 2011-06-04T22:25:52Z WARNING: LLInventoryPanel::buildNewViews: Couldn't find parent folder for child Aethyr.Combine - Until then, I'm awaiting for the tag ASCII method to begin its process. Hopefully I can find a solution here, and I thank you guys for taking the initiative on this most puzzling issue.
  3. Hello, I'm currently suffering from a very strange and unexplainable issue here. Every time I attempt to log in, I crash to my desktop at the process of "Loading World". Now, what makes this very odd is that I can log in on an alternate account perfectly fine. In addition, I have copious computers in my home, including of different OS's (Mac/Windows) and I have tried logging in with different viewers (primarily Pheonix Viewer and Viewer 2) and I end up with the same results - I only seem to crash when logging into my main account. I've gone about multiple ways of trying to solve this but to no avail none of them have resolved this conflict. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my viewers, emptied/deleted cache folders, reduced graphics, updated my graphics card, etc. I firmly believe it's something on my avatar that is causing the crashes as bizarre it may sound, but completely tangible as the problem seeing as it affects different computers. Please, can anyone help me resolve this?
