Fergie Loudwater

I've been having trouble over the last few weeks logging into my Dashboard on my laptop but have no problems logging onto it with my cell phone. Just want to know what is up?

I was on SL and my laptop started shutting down on me. I got back in and was getting application is unable to start correctly. Im using phoniex viewer. Ive even tired using the SL Viewer but getting that too. Ive tired uninstalling and reinstalling SL but not helping. HELP ME !!
