I hadn't been on sl for a few years for starters. At first when I logged in i noticed I had been added to my own friends list an then blocked, also in my settings the block was clicked ( render blocked friends a permanent cloud) so i had to unclick that setting so i could see myself. Under my avatars health my lag meters client is always in red and says my client frame rate is below 10 maybe because Im downloding images but everything appears to be downloaded. sounds work occasionally. If I try to teleport sl quits. I have a fast dsl and do not use wireless. I have a good 4 year old mac mini computer which I had apple check for bugs but they found none. Someone please help

I have a fast dsl connection but for some reason when I open up my avatar health and go under the lag meter is says that my client bit rate is below 10 an that my internet connection might be slow or sl might be downloading a lot of images. Because it's so slow I can't tp I can change clothes I my friends list is frozen and I cant hear music or any sounds cause there isn't enough juice going to sl. Anyone help please I think I might have some kind of bug but I don't know how to fix it.
