Thank you for that answer. Yes they can send notices. And we have thoroughly checked their process and they are not doing anything wrong. They were fine until about 2 weeks ago attaching LM's and other attachments.

Members that I assigned the ability to Send & Receive notices can no longer add an attachment to a notice. Therefor ethey have to insert a SLURL in the notice rather than attach an LM. They used to be able to do this until about 2 weeks ago. Th eland is deeded to the group. The members wear the correct Group Tag. As the Owner, I can still add attachments.
