I forgot my password for an alternate. What do I do?

Unable to use IM without crashing. Not certain what to do.

For over a month, I am losing expensive items from my inventory. I cannot store any of my builds as they soon disappear. It appears to be mostly things stored in objects, but I cannot be certain. Aura Petrov

October 17, 2012, I was on a building platform300 ft in the air, loading my sculps in an organzer..when I accidently hit a landmark and transported to another region, and crashed. When I was able to relog, I was unable to find my self deleting platform and where my organizers were. They were never returned, althought panels of my building platform were. As I was cleaning out my overloaded inventory I had already taken the maps out. I have had these sculpts for years..either of my own creation and or bought ones. I have tried everything that was suggested ..but still no return. I was at Builders Resource 186, 176,22 when this occurred. Is there anyway to retrieve them>
