  1. I'm located in Fofita, and the houses have been a work in progress for quite some time. I thought they would be released today, but it seems those red lines are going to be there for quite a few days. But please don't give up, it's a lovely location really close to the beach, and there are many houses waiting for their dream house owners. It might be you!!!!

Hamster is working hard to get "all the things" set up for her animal friends. Little paws makes for a challenge sometimes so I need just a bit of time!

I will post here again with the slurl when it's time to open to the public.

OMG Jessica, that's such a wonderful idea. I work in one in RL, so count on me for anything you might need. My LH is actually full of deers, squirrels, cats, birds....

As for my Windlass kitchen, I think most have seen it by now. :) It's the Calla Kitchen (see below). It's actually a play-kitchen, for children, LOL. I have tried to replace it, endlessly, with something more grown-up, but I keep discarding those, as this one simply looks the cutest:

So after a month of near misses, I finally got a Traditional Home and selected the Winchester model.  I'm a music lover and had to add my harpsichord and cello to my sitting room.

The regions that have not yet been releases are restarted for a variety of reasons related specifically to getting them ready to release.

Regions containing parcels abandoned by other Residents, do not need to be restarted just to get the parcel into the pool.  They come back into the pool on an apparently random schedule. That isn't saying that a given region that has previously been released might not run into an issue that requires a restart - and said issue might also be one of many reasons why an abandoned parcel might not be immediately placed back in the pool.

There is no apparent rhyme or reason as to when abandoned homes show up as available.

The abandoned parcels are not dependent on any sort of region restart in order to become available.  However, various posts in the forums have indicated that some abandoned plots do not actually seem to be tossed back into the pool for many hours -- no clue why.

Some regions keep on refreshing, like Fofita one, so that might affect the timing. By the way it's full of empty and almost ready houses, so fingers crossed and you'll get one on this Wedn. release

Lots more "clutter" now :D.   Come by and visit any time. Heathstone on the beach - only four or five houses to search through - easy.

I definitely will!!!! I'll start working on mine, so you guys can come and visit. Not the greatest spot, but two houses far from the sea

I am about done with my exterior add-ons and moving inside soon.   I have added a sheltered patio outside the French doors in back, a carport to the side (same multi-purpose build) and the front porch that I made on day one. So my house looks a bit different than the other 500 Winchesters LOL.

Lots of fun. I am going to take Sunday off and get on my bike (I have a super cool motorcycle from {what next} but I am NOT a good driver (more practice needed) and wander the roads. I am hoping to bike over to my friend's house on the other side of the continent.

Tomorrow may be living room design or I may tackle upstairs (both undone at present).

Well, I was going to hold on till them trailers came out, but I thought I would try my luck with this auto refresh thing - but even with that, it down to a matter of seconds and it looks like most of us here had no luck, so there must be countless people all trying, its ridiculous.

Same here!!!! But will definitely move when tiny homes come out 😽😽😽😽

I have to agree. While I've heard a lot of people voice their opinion that the trailers/campers are cute I haven't seen the same interest in them as there has been for the traditional homes or the houseboats. It may just be not some people are not as vocal as others, or that as stated people will just be happy with any style home regardless what they get.

I'm tending to think that we will see more alts will take the campers so those that already have houses or houseboats won't lose them (especially if they happen to like their current location and don't want to risk losing it for something better). That's not necessarily true for all, though I'd imagine now that word of the new homes has spread there's more people vying than there were in the initial release. So I honestly don't expect to see a great influx of houses being abandoned for trailers at this rate. I could be wrong about that.

Ideally campers with the smaller lots would be great for those Residents who don't care for traditional or houseboat, or even decorating. The ones that use their skyboxes every now and then or use it to change clothes. That would make a great deal more sense than leaving so many houses and boats empty. But in saying that it would also be a shame to see all that wooded landscaping that we saw in the SL16B camper exhibition go to waste because the majority are in their skyboxes up in the sky.

It's all speculation at this point. Apples/Oranges, etc etc. 😐

Well, I don't have an alt, love decorating in both lives, and I'm waiting to get my tiny home. I just don't need that much space, it's a lifestyle, that's all

Sorry i thought you meant there was a button to get a house. OH my goodness. I've been in sl since 2007 and I feel like a noob. O_O Being a noob is ok, but when you've been here for over 12 years.. 😛

Jaide, I know the feeling!!! After trying for weeks and weeks, I've decided to wait for the larger release and in the meantime, enjoy walking around the Belliseria continent and the SBL16 sim

  12. I miss the camping sites, dancing pads and Xploder trends, not because of you money you could get, but because of all the people I used to meet. Now, it's really hard for me meeting new people, looks like SL is a desert area some times.

I'm just 11 SL years old, but I feel it was a more social world before.

Also, I used to attend many great classes and meeting from RL Univerisities, which own a virtual campus, it was just exceptional. I learnt a lot from many great professors around the world.

I let auto refresh do the job in Chrome, while I use Firefox to read newspapers, read on AO3*, read the forum here, the other forums I am on, social media. I also play SL. All on the laptop the same time. I get a notification by sound and pop-up when a Bellisseria home comes up.

I'm in CEST. Central European Summertime.

Hi Marianne! Right, that's what I've been doing, but still. So, I'd rather wait

I appreciate LL trying to be responsive, but the fact remains that if you don't have the screen time to spend waiting for a LH to show up on the UI, you may never get into Bellisseria.   If lots didn't go so fast,  auto-refresh would help.  But during the day it usually takes me a few minutes to get free enough to interact with a computer,  so auto-refresh doesn't help much.  I don't really have a block of time for SL until after 9 PM SL time.

I really wish you could subscribe to a list and have them let you know if/when your name pops up.

Totally agree. After weeks and weeks trying to get one, I've given up, can't spend so many hours of my valuable RL refreshing the screen, and being in Europe does not help. I'll wait for future releases in July, hoping to get a tiny home. Having said that, and not liking the way LL has proceed, I want to think they're trying their best, and apart from that, some people are over reacting. I guess I can still walk around Bellisseria (or however it's called), join their groups, enjoy the lovely sims at SLB16, and rezz my stuff in a Tahoe house in the meantime.
