Genieve Foxtrot

I recently purchased a private region from LL, and have set up a section like so:  it is Group owned, under Access it is set to allow group members, and sell passes.  I used an alt to test it, and it seemed fine.  With the alt, I could not enter that section and saw the green buy pass signs.  So I left clicked the land, selected Buy Pass, and no problem, the alt could enter and stay for the set amount of time.   Now, here ismy question...where did that payment go?  On the screen, it said Paid (????)(?????) X amount, but it did not show up in my account.  I should mention that there are two other "owners" of the group, and neither did they recieve the payment.  So, who got it?  Any help will be appreciated.
