Can be many different things:

 

a) You are bannedfrom the land.

b) The land could be closed for all public.

c) You are not age verified, and the land is adult.

d) No payment info.

Maybe the computer you are trying to log in from was ban at IP level? If the problem persists, you can always reach LL.
