  1. i am unable to log in still,

    I still get the same message, that 'we are unable to complete ur request at this time, please contact assistance'

    I use the latest version of SL viewer, after properly unintaling and re installing it.

    I m on windows 8,1

    There was an issue with my billing options as far as i know that it is taken care of, and i can properly log on the SL website and manage my acound ( change passwords and so on ...)
