It seems that i am unable to stay loged in my profile in world. No matter what viewer i use, whenever i change a tap on the profile section it wants me to log back in each time. Also, all my sections are gone

i am unable to log in still, I still get the same message, that 'we are unable to complete ur request at this time, please contact assistance' I use the latest version of SL viewer, after properly unintaling and re installing it. I m on windows 8,1 There was an issue with my billing options as far as i know that it is taken care of, and i can properly log on the SL website and manage my acound ( change passwords and so on ...) Thanks for the quick reply
