Webpages load no problem on prims, but and flash-based video starts to load but that 8-dot loading circle stays center screen and doesn't even animate to look like it's doing anything. I have flashplayer 11.2etc installed and I have gstreamer0.10 installed with all of the plugins, the good, the bad, the ugly, all of them but media still gets locked up. I have plugins enabled in the Network & Cache preference window and I have media enabled and even enabled "Allow inworld scripts to play media" enabled to no avail. Sound played from non-flash based sources like parcel music works fine. Also tested on LL viewer with the same result

I'm playing on a netbook, windows 7 intel atom CPU N270 @ 1.6 1.6 GHz 1 GB of RAM Windows Performance rating of 2.0 Mobile Intel Express 945 Chipset Family graphics card Minimum Graphics Memory: 8 MB Maximum Graphics Memory: 251 MB Using Second Life Viewer 1.23 because viewer 2 probably won't even load up I've been able to just barely get online @ about 7 fps, but my concern is that Sculpties never seem to load.
