nvm i found it, for others who have this issue i went to the settings preferences, Display, interface size, and from there choose a size as you see fit. Relog to see the updated size.

so i recently downloaded black dragon and everything is huge. the toolbar buttons, top browser stuff in the viewer. just everything. how do i change it to normal size. i honestly have no idea how this happened.
