when objects shout and avatars shout, they can be seen on other parcels, is there anyway to keep this from happening ?

for some reason my shoutcast receiver will not work, maybe i forgot how to deed it to land

my resident think im picking on them when i send out lag warnings on there scripted objects, they dont beleave that a scripted object can cause a problem on a sim , is there a video tutorial showing what can happen when there are to many scripts, ?
