Icy Aura

As I said we have this problem with partnering, this has been going on almost a month now- relogging does not matter, nothing seems to work, we have cleared cache even looked around on website for some answers but nothing, LL does NOT give us any help! (Original question) I am the partner of kriss Silverweb, I had his name there till I changed my name to his last name, then he disappeared out of my partner box, I went back to my sl name and still it did not come back. Now he can’t unpartner me and I can’t repartner him. I did submit a ticket to sl but they were of NO help at all. Any thoughts how we can fix this?

I am the partner of kriss Silverweb, ( he had asked a question on partnering) I had his name there till I changed my name to his last name ( Icy Silverweb), then he disappeared out of my partner box, I went back to my sl name (Icy Aura) and still it did not come back.
