Hello, About three years ago Raoul Macpherson and I set up a group. It was MacSnowman Designs; however, when we try to create it, it says it already exists and when we do a search for it, it says not found. We were the only two members, and we both left the group. We think that the name is probably sitting on a db somewhere which prevents the re-use of the name but there is no group of that name. If possible we would like to use - MacSnowman Designs again. I purchased a pair of shoes on Marketplace on June 5th. There has not been a response to my requests to either resend the shoes or refund my lindens. After reading the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence with this merchant. I don't know how to precede. Thank you, Clancy
