I keep getting an error message that says that I need to check my connection or to try to log into home position. I have tried to do this on 2 different laptops with no success. I know that I have not been banned because I can log in on my smart phone. Also I haven't done anything to be banned. I have done several clean reinstalls for both Firestorm and SLV. This has been going on for three days now. the last time I was able to log in with no issues was 4 days ago and took a day off from my laptop for the weekend. Please help?!?!?!?

I have Windows 8 on a new laptop and I have been having trouble staying connected and it is getting very agrievating. What is the best viewer to use with windows 8 or how can I fix this problem?
