My memory of this may be mistaken, but .. I logged in-world first, agreed to the TOS, and only just now logged into secondlife.com for the forum .. and did not get a TOS agreement screen. It seems like they have the logins tied in somehow, so that the first secondlife entity you log into is where you get the TOS screen. I'd have to check with an alt to be truly sure.

Region was restarted with a rollback and rezzing is vastly improved, haven't experienced the rubberbanding, but still getting this result from HELP>About ... Reporting similar issues: Extremely slow rezzing of rezzed objects (seriously ... like 5 minutes per object, at a 40 meter draw distance) Ping Sim is in the low 40's Time Dilation is bouncing back and forth from 80's to low 90's, with occasion high 90's spikes If I stand in one place cam-focused on one spot, the objects out of my ROV tend to derez Have tried some of the more typical remedies, like TPing to a different sim, dragging my cam view out beyond sim boundaries and back (effectively resetting draw and view).
