I finally figured out the problem. the black underwear was in my inventory as "tatoos", and I just had to make them disappear to get rid of them.

No, that is not the problem. I have been in SL for over 10 years, and am way over 18. I have not had this problelm for a while, and forgot how I solved it the first time. W'hen I click on the avatar's appearance, it says that she is not wearing underwear, even though it is quite apparent. If I try to replace it, the new underwear goes over the black, so you can still see the black bra and panties.

I am trying to change the outfit of my avatar. She is wearing a black bra and underpants that I cannot get replaced or removed. How can I do this?
