I have group prmisions to invite and eject but cant eject, prmisions set correctly,, in one of the groups I can eject some but not outhers Please help

My viewers wont open and I have checked my firewall, I was on line and went to relog and cant open the viewers? is there something going on I should know? NO I get no error mesages it clears cashe adn goes through that prosses then when I get to what should be the opeing screen to type my password its blank white and after time says program not responding
