  1. UPDATE April 22

    1. We now have just two parcels remaining, one fairly small (703 LI), and the other fairly large (2055 LI).

    2. PRICE on both has been reduced, to a rate of just $L.99 per LI per week, which is closer to what I see elsewhere.

Offering reasonably priced private island parcels for rent, on a very quiet virtually "lag-free", with good neighbors and friendly, helpful management. Our estate manager lives onsite and can help you with pretty much any issues you might have.

    We recently lost a resident who had a very large parcel. This parcel has now been subdivided into 3 parcels, that can be purchased for a low one-time fee, which gives you almost complete options to manage your land (Terraforming is still restricted, but we can help with that if you need any changes). 

    The three new parcels range in size from 703 to 2841 LI, and in price from $L810 to $L3200 per week with a two week minimum rental.     These parcels are still available. If you are looking for a larger space. four of these parcels can be combined into one, which would be nearly a quarter sim, with open ocean views on both the East and North sides. Let me know if that would interest you. This combined parcel:

  5. 5000 LI, I will be paying tier of US$109 on August 23rd. If you buy before then, it is yours for just US$10 plus transfer and moving fees. If you buy after the 23rd, the price will be dependent on how soon you buy. Starting at $US70 plus transfer and moving fees. Price will reduce through the next 30 days, as it gets closer to September 23rd when Tier will be due again.

    The region must be moved and renamed. Considering that the Linden setup fee is US$149, I think this is a reasonably good deal.

    With an attitude like that, you are unlikely to get much help here. Also, nowhere in your post did you bother to describe your particular issue in any detail, so it would be impossible to try to suggest a fix. Suggest you are better off filing a support ticket if you want 'official LL help' (Of course, they will also need details of your problem)

  7. Cabria Village has been around since 2008, and is here to stay!

    But change is inevitable . . .

    We currently have 4 open parcels, which are for sale/rent, priced from $L662 to $L924 per week.

    Two of these are on our full region, Cabria Village, and two are on a Homestead, Cabria Lagoon.
    The regions are connected, the Lagoon has 25000 sqm of open water, available to all residents,
    and there are several boat docks available for residents if needed.

    We also have 7 small shop spaces if you are looking for a reasonable inworld place to sell your creations.
    All are priced at $L1 per prim per week, with prices from $L15 to $L80 per week.

    We are gay owned and managed, and we are generally inworld most of every day, to help
    with any problems or questions you might have.

    I understand your frustration, but did not have similar issues, despite teleporting multiple times between my own private island to other private islands, and to mainland regions. As such, it seems excessive to characterize 'the entire grid' as useless. Problems like you were having are often caused by network issues either in your local network or somewhere between that and your ISP and then to SL. I hope it is running better for you now, but if not, or if it happens again, my 'go to' attempt to help it is a fresh reboot of my modem/router, followed by a reboot of my PC, which almost always helps the problem. There are other troubleshooting ideas, and if you use the Firestorm viewer, I highly recommend their inworld support group (peruse their WIKI for many helpful guides).

  12. Price Reduction, effective immediately:

    At least to the end of the year, all parcels at Cabria Lagoon and Cabria Bay have been reduced by 10 percent, and there are now two additional parcels (Lagoon East and La Playa Cottage). The prices shown in the table above are the old prices, but you will see the new lower prices when you visit the office, or the individual parcels. 

    Anyone buying a parcel before the end of 2021 is guaranteed the same tier for as long as you stay with us, even if prices go higher for any vacancies in 2022 (unlikely but possible).

    Due to feedback from a number of people wishing to find a new home, we have created several smaller parcels for your consideration.

    This is very exciting for us, and a great chance for you, whether you already have a sailboat, or want one, but need a place near home to use one. We have two brand new homestead regions, Cabria Lagoon and Cabria Bay, attached to our beautiful long term home named Cabria Village. We are Gay owned and managed, and can generally promise response to your needs in 24 hours or less. These new regions together offer eleven parcels, ranging in price from $L625 to $L1440 per week, with LI allowances ranging from 396 to 899. All of the parcels are 'lightly landscaped' and some of the parcels have demo homes on them.

    These parcels are set to buy for a low one time purchase price, and you then pay bi-weekly tier (minimum of 2 weeks). Once purchased, you have almost full control of your parcel, with the exception of terraforming (that is locked, but we can help if you want some minor changes).

    A major attraction is over 49,000 square meters of open water which is available to all estate residents for your boating fun. All of the new parcels have access to the water, and most have room for a home and a boat. But we also have a few boat docks which are reasonably priced, and available for anyone who would like to keep a boat here. 

    We also have a few small retail spaces available for rent on the main Cabria Village region, if you have anything you want to sell, available inworld.

    NOTE: (Lagoon NE and Lagoon North), and (Bay SW and Bay West) were recently created from two larger parcels. If you are interested in either of these 'pairs', but would like to purchase them as a single larger parcel, please just ask. As long as both are still available, we can combine them again. 

    However, because things change, the best way to find these, and which are still available, is to visit our rental office, on the Cabria Village region. There you will find a list of all parcels available, with notecards and landmarks for each parcel. Or, if you prefer, just use the world map and Teleport to any of the parcels that still show as for sale.

    P.S.  We also have a resident estate manager at Cabria who just happens to be a master builder of unique homes, named Edward Ballinger. Some of our demo homes are his creations, and you can find his sales platform at the rental office by using the teleporter, or clicking the billboard sign for Prestige Homes. Edward is also available for custom builds, if you want a new home but do not find exactly what you had in mind in his vendor.

    THREE SOLD, Six still available.

    ALSO:

    We are still adjusting our price structure to find a balance between what we set originally, and what is
    more attractive to potential residents.

    Starting today, and through at least the end of October, all weekly rates shown in the original list have
    been reduced by 10%, and anyone who rents in that time period will continue to receive that lower price
    even if it goes up later.
