This region has a truly excellent name already, but of course it can be changed if the new owner wishes. It is currently set up for renters, with lots of homes ready to live in and plenty of room to expand. You can keep the houses, furnishings, landscapes, and tenants, if you will honor the time they have paid on their rentals, or we can move them over to one of our other regions.
