I definitely paid only for the name change as I have an alt at the premium plus and only wanted a name change for this one. The account in question is still a free account. So I don't know what's going on... there is plenty of money on the account so no reason to be declined...

How long is it supposed to take to change your avatar first name?? On April 11 I paid $99.98 USD to change my first name, I thought it was only supposed to be $49.99. It also said it should take 24 hours. My name still hasn't changed. I did file a support ticket, but it has never taken this long before receiving a response. So what do I do?
