Hello. I'm a Second Life DJ. I was going to make a flyer to promote my sets and I wanted to include the names of some bands I plan to play, like "Playing Band A, Band B and more... ". But someone told me I could be banned if I do it because of using real band names and trademark issues. It this possible? In real life everybody do it to promote events, so I'm not sure. Thanks
