  1. I wasn't yelling and fully explained things multiple times in my ticket but after 19 days they replied then mark the ticket as resolved that day. After showing pictures, explaining everything I did an I mention several times I have other accounts that were logged on. Not just my account, friends/family. I spend most of my time on another account. I would just like to have my 16+ year account to work like my others. If I didn't have patience's, the ticket would have kept going for 19 days and be closed. 😅
  2. zero inventory, other then making a new version of everything so its has as little on and almost nothing except the library (completely plain and texture less avatar, even less then a test male or female). I deleted it all using catznip viewer since it was the only one that would load everything. I've tried several water regions suggested across different posts on the net. I normally use firestorm but tried the official viewer from what people had posted and then when I did the ticket they wanted me to try that viewer. Support kept saying to test character but I told them I get stuck at connecting to region on that viewer. Firestorm logs in with the inventory contact support issue. Someone linked firestorm thing and it even says to contact support. They had said they would run a script along side the avatar if I log into the viewer. I don't know why its the only account that won't load into SLs viewer, even it being installed cause the account to not even want to connect with firestorm. Its the most bizarre thing and I did everything I could before contacting support. Between that and all I've read, It really seems like a corrupt inventory and sadly isn't something that can be fixed. That's why I came on here as a last resort. I just wanted to see with those whom have been here for sometime would just recommend doing a month of plus so get it fixed. 😅
  3. Is it better help is I pay the month, wanted to ask before I tried. Ok so I've multiple accounts and this is the only one that has this issue. I've researched and sounds like a corrupter inventory and I've read about a inventory repair script that LL can run. List of things I've done. I contacted support with a ticket for 19 days before it was marked solved, I've reinstalled, tried multiple viewers, someone else tried logging in to the account in another state, cleared cache, did what support said to do, tried what was posted online. I told support the account can only full load in catznip, won't get past connecting to region in their official viewer, firestorm the viewer I normally use can't load the inventory/avatar, 6.6.12.579958 - Second Life Project Puppetry was the only SL viewer that account worked on but still no inventory or avatar. I logged on using catznip and complete removed everything inventory item. All I got from support was I needed to contact my IP cause its a connection issue. I had sent multiple images during the ticket. I just don't understand how its a connection issue when I've logged on my other account plus some friends accounts with no problems. So I wanted to ask you lovely people if I pay a month it might be handled differently or should I just not waste the money and forget the account exists or just deactivate the account. At this point I just didn't know where to go.
