Dottie Nightingale

I have two questions about web profiles. 1. I am unable to change my avatar picture on my web profile (dottie.nightingale). I know the usual stuff about having to change it in the viewer, but my profile picture on my web profile isn't the same as in my viewer, as I did some changing of it before the two became fully synced. How do I get this fixed? Yes, I've changed it in my viewer a few times; it doesn't do anything on the web profile. 2. Are the web profiles searchable? Do hashtags work?
