@Rowan Amore We get stiffens for Runways if we use it all for our runway awesome if we don't we pocket it. there has been talk of further compensation based off activity with our required work and participation in social events. However that is not guaranteed at this point. Our CEO is very big on rewarding loyalty and dedication. Since I am the first and only teen model at the moment I have been treated as all the other models. As my team grows as I am team Manager. The company as a whole as well as our division will grow. So anyone who comes on under me has a large amount of room for growth.
