Hello! I'm selling my 20k non-Grandfathered full private region. Tier is paid until September 20th (the billing day is the 20th of the month) The buyer will pay the transfer fee of $100 USD or L$26,000 to Linden Labs (this fee includes changing estate ownership settings, billing transfer, region name change, and moving the region) and $150 (L$38,550) to me OR if you pay me $L60,000 ($233.47 at 257L/$1.00), I will pay for the transfer fee directly. The region must be moved and renamed. It will be cleared and flattened prior to the transfer. The monthly recurring cost to Linden Labs after September 20th is $209/month.
