Thank you for responding... I will talk to collabor88 owners.. its a popular shopping venue.. I was told I could put in a grievance with SL, but I cant figure out how to do that. instructions say to "report abuse" which sort of fits, but all the instructions don't seem to work. I did check her flikr, and she has posted another photo just yesterday. no idea why she did this to me.. and I fear I am likely not the only one. seems like SL would want to do something to stop this kind of behavior. *sigh*

on July 8th - I was at Collabor88 and was approached by a person who said they were a photographer and gave me a link to their flikr.. the photos were very good and she asked if I would like a photo and I said yes... I went with her right then and she took my photo and said she would process and give me the photo in a week. I paid her $5k lindens. (I know, pretty stupid paying up front - I am too trusting) I have reached out to her multiple times and once she said she would get the photo to me the following day, but it never happened and now she is just ignoring me. Do I have any recourse? is there anywhere I can warn people? it's not that it's a ton of money, about $22US, it's the principle.
