  1. Good idea! Yes, I did that, running around lassoing bunches and setting group if any of the objects weren't already set to it. I think I have most of them. It's just what you mention... I worry there are little ones that I'm missing so was asking if there was a tool that would help me find those last few things. It's so hard to see the unhighlighted stuff through the highlighting of a sim worth of stuff! I have been drag selecting... setting to group... and then derendering everything I had selected... to help me try to be thorough and not keep wasting time selecting the same things over and over... so if anyone else finds themselves reading this in the future with this problem... derendering temporarily helps! Thanks for trying to think through strategies with me! I'm sure it will be fine...ish! lol.
  2. Thanks Emma! I had that setting on, in Firestorm but... somehow STILL screwed it up! And in my viewer the objects tab lets me highlight everything that IS set to group, but not what isn't? If there's another version of the viewer with a 'what's not' I will totally download that and try! Thanks for trying to brainstorm with me! lol. At some point I'm just going to have to click the button and restore what I still screwed up! But thanks for trying to think of ways to minimize the impact!
  3. So, like an idiot, I've built an entire sim and had poor group discipline. Some of the things I rezzed out didn't get set to the land group and now I want to enable auto return. I've, of course, drag selected and set everything I can find to group... over and over as I cam around. But before I turn on autoreturn and play 'lost and found roulette' with whatever I've inevitably missed... are there any tricks I'm not thinking of to check or ensure things are good? A button in some window or script tool or something that would let me see what's not set to group? I'm not expecting a miracle, but I'd also hate to do it the hard way then have someone say "Why didn't you use the 'set all objects to group button in some advanced menu?' So I'm asking! Thanks!
  4. The title mostly says it. I'm using the most recent 64 bit version of Firestorm, I'm running a GTX 1050 TI... I can run one viewer for days without a crash, but if I open a second instance and log in another account... it's incredibly unstable. Sometimes it lasts for a few minutes, other times it crashes within seconds of logging in. Only the second account to log in ever crashes. I get the bugsplat crash report window after most of the crashes. After many of the crashes, I get the bug where I log back in at a location I was at several TPs ago, and my avatar never loads (stays the orange cloud forever) until I relog. When this bug occurs... the game is stable! No crash! But if I relog to force my avatar to load, back to crashing every few seconds/minutes. I've talked to a couple of friends who've had similar problems dual logging. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix?
