My new dark, fantasy, adults only coastal sim is seeking a builder to build/assemble homes, and businesses. We are looking to rent out homes and businesses to the people who join the community. I am looking to be hired as a host, dj, or event planner .  I have had years of experience on a previous avatar, owned a few clubs and currently work at two, one as a host and the other a DJ.

I have my own broadcasting software and my own stream. I have hundreds of songs from country, top 40 from the past several decades, covers, remixes, Broadway and Disney. I am not one for playing hardcore metal, screamo, or rap. I am willing to take nearly all requests. My music is not censored, so if you are easily offended by a few curse words then please don't contact me.
