I recently moved to Florida and I have read the legislation on the online skilled gaming criteria after not being able to get into them again. I was just wondering if someone can explain to me why it is banned in Florida with the legislation reading as follows? Individuals in Florida are not allowed to open or host online casinos, but they are allowed to play online casinos hosted from other states and countries, as long as those online casinos accept deposits from Florida. So any skilled gaming facility in second life could not be allowed to be ran in Florida, which in basis removes me from even the option of playing on one that is in Florida.
