im trying to contact through a ticket but its just annoying i wanted to sort my avi but now i either need to risk spending more money to get it or waste time waiting for the team to finally write me back

i recently bought 2500 dollars to create my avatar but it says on my account that the transaction failed and i had insufficient funds yet when i go onto my account they taken the money out of my account with no sign of it bouncing back any help would be appreciated
