Hi Island, I added 'abandoned' to the above though it is owned by Linden so my use of the term 'linden-owned water' was correct and I don't ever use the word 'protected'. I do want to be transparent so will change it from here on in. I've also added 'currently' above as no one can build as unless it's auctioned or you convince Lindens to sell/give it to you. I have tried to multiple times in past support cases and they wouldn't give/sell me any abandoned water land but do feel free to try, so currently, it is empty and unbuildable. I've lived adjacent to abandoned land for years (there are so many plots all over the grid) and no one has ever built on it so that's why I like them personally rather than the prices most sell protected water at. Since I wasn't clear with the term, I will drop the price a few hundred too :). Thanks for the clarification! Also I've added a tree house trompe loeil home on it with the doc and rocks facing the abandoned water if anyone wants to keep it for themselves.
