cant access any folders as my inventory never loads So inventory is totally empty

I have cleared Inventory cache and rebooted router My inventory wont load and not showing any items I relogged in at Hippo, didnt help Still cant do character reset

I cannot ADD or Remove any items on my avatar, Nor will character reset work

Hi Team I have a problem with my account I have been a cloud for weeks and cannot do character reset I have tried Secondlife and Firestorm viewers but no luck I cannot remove or add any items to myself Can you please reset me or tell me how?
