i mean Im following this video like I did before

Ive done this project before just fine twice all ready. I followed a toxxic video on how to make a neon light up sign and everything came out great. now nothing is working right. I tried dragging the ambient occlusion on the mesh in game and it applys weird now. on top of that the lighting isnt working like it should. When I test it in blender like the tutprial says it looks fine. Ive done the project 8 times now. idk what im doing wrong.
