Hi, I currently own two full private regions. One is 90% complete, which will be a fully immersive RP sim with rentals. The second is parcels for rent. I have plans for a 3rd sim with rentals and secret 4th, too. What I am looking for is an executive assistant. Someone who can help with the mundane tasks that come with: - CasperLet/CasperSafe - Basic scripting - Retexturing/minimal decorating - Managing rentals, the website + Smart Bots - Whatever else pops up. I am currently a one woman show, and it gets reaaally boring. I have a team of real estate agents/customer service, but I'm looking for a right hand girly. Someone I can depend on to do what needs to be done with minimal supervision. I would prefer someone with experience in these areas, since accuracy is essential for these tasks, but any type of knowledge/experience in SL + a quick learner will work, too. Someone with more time to spare on SL is preferred, also, but that can be discussed. I will ofc pay the right person fairly based on the level of experience + time they put in for me (in $L). I am even open to making this person my business partner if they show they are trustworthy and dependable. I don't necessarily need a financial business partner (unless you want to, that would be cool, lol), more someone who is willing to help as much as possible. I also am looking for more real estate agents for the team! duties of the agents include: - Checking the NC dropbox daily + responding to them - Being placed on an online status board for prospective residents to message you. - Responding to the desk bell if rung. - Advertising the region through picks, IMs with residents you come across. Agents are paid based on the residents they bring in. A bonus when tenancy is new, plus a percentage based commission for as long as the resident extends their tenancy. My partner has been inactive for over a month. Busy with IRL stuff and we still spoke on discord. We talked about him coming back after he sorted his RL out. I like to gift my friends. And I expected he wouldn't be on for a while, so when I saw something cool that was exclusive to an event, I'd gift it to him so he'd have it when he came back online. I've also gifted things from MP. I got frustrated about him saying he would come online and then something always coming up so today I decided I was done. Logged in to remove him from the group I have for my land, and I couldn't see him. I did some reading about it, and all signs point to a deleted account. He never told me he deleted or thought about deleting his account. Now I'm wondering, would the gift vendors and the MP not tell me that the acct did not exist? Are those gifts/my $L gone forever?
