I filed a ticket, as you said this is for residents. I did not repost this here I did further testing and trouble shooting and included the results for others to see. Finally, I never said everybody is having this issue. I said all links are broken which is why I tried clearing cache and other browser and now ISP related fixes. This is not a card carrier issue as it doesnt even get to the point of asking for the card information. The adding a new payment method link goes directly to the image I pasted so how can it be the card or carrier?

Currently through both Viewer and Secondlife.com account/billing Information all links are broken. I do not wish to use PayPal. Attempted fixes; Cleared Browser cache, cleared Cookies, cleared autofill data, asked multiple other friends to try and edit their payment method or add a new one. Results are all the same as pictured above.

There was billing maintenance Dec30th, as of right now Payment methods can not be added, updated, or removed. Somebody broke something big time, it isnt just you and I vampirinaD, I have confirmed with other friends they are affected as well. I have yet to have even one person successfully add or edit their billing information or payment method.
