I have searched for the answer to this question but am apparently not looking or thinking of the right place to find the answer. I am hoping someone here will know. Question 1: For the premium plus land use allowance, does it have to be on the mainland? Question 2: How will LL know I have the land for the allowance to go into effect? Rowan Amore, Thank you that helps a great deal. I bought it from LL. It has one name at the moment but I want to add another. I "think" I can do that when I buy the next island from LL with the Region and Estate. What I want is to have it similar to an address where the street comes before the city and the city comes before the state.
