Rosewood Cafe is now hiring! We are currently looking for charismatic and energetic staff to provide our guests a wholesome entertainment experience. We aim to introduce an organic and friendly atmosphere to the second life community that will allow guests to engage with the hosts in many different ways. Some examples of the services guests will be able to request include, but are not limited too: ʚ Cuddles ʚ Dances ʚ Off Sim Dates ʚ Karaoke You could also be asked to host at private reservations for guests and be the life of the party. As a host you can opt-out of any optional services. We are primarily looking for hosts and servers at the moment. Hosts and servers receive 85% of tips and get paid a flat amount in addition if they are working a reservation. If this sounds like something you may enjoy, please take a look at our requirements below. ʚ All staff must be 18+ ʚ All staff must be comfortable entertaining a wide range of people. Any gender, sexuality, race, etc. is welcome here. ʚ All staff are expected to have a quality mesh avatar. Furry/non human avatars are allowed as long they are human-like. No animals, toys or meme outfits. (Must be humanoid in shape). ʚ Everyone must dress modestly in the public spaces of the club. Please refrain from wearing lingerie, bikinis, or anything overly-revealing. Please ask a manager if you are unsure about your attire BEFORE coming in. ʚ We expect profiles to be tasteful as well. No open display of vulgarity or sexual imagery. Softcore content is okay. If you are unsure about this requirement, please ask! ʚ Hosts & servers should have a decent emoting ability, and be comfortable emoting for guests while they are entertaining. If you are unsure of how to emote, please let us know! ʚ A pick for the club is required in all staff profiles. ʚ Hosts are required to work at least 3 hours a week in 1-hour shift increments. Shifts can be performed at the host's leisure, or pre-scheduled on the staff board. Reservations do count toward this requirement.
