What is a template i paid 699 lindens for a shirt and it gives me something that says example and says i have to download some thing i have never seen this before and nothing is working i tried to open it many times with word zip and it will not open i want my lindens back or want a hirt with a hud i cant be downloading files on computer they causes viruses someone please help me figure out what to do please and thank you
